Pros

Great team work. Good core values. Exceptional comradeship with associates. Takes care of customers with working with what the M.C.O.'s give to work with.

Cons

Pay could be adjusted in a timely manor, and fair increases for the people making profit for the company. Rewards for higher percentages of accomplishments, and less favoritism.

The clients and salary were ok

Cons

Management sucked and was a joke! They didn’t care about their staff or if they were getting burnt out only about the money THEY needed to make.

Pros

The Direct Support Professional position is very flexible, which is great for students or people looking for a second job. It is fairly easy to get time off in most situations.

Cons

Shifts are somewhat odd times. There are three shifts per day: 12am-8am, 8am-4pm, and 4pm-12am. Also, administration is very unorganized. Meetings are regularly called with less than two days notice.
