Pros

Most of my coworkers are excellent to work with. My supervisor can sometimes be over baring and micromanage all employees. I sometimes feel they are more money driven, than customer/employee driven like they claim. They do make every effort to stay compliant and keep employees well informed on Medicaid and Medicare changes.

Cons

They do not offer raises. I have been here almost three years and only received a raise when I moved up the ladder.
