will hire within without posting positions will not interview every internal applicant will hire for a position before the position is open then fire someone favoritism do not compliment you on what your doing well but will not hesitate to write you up and tell you what you are doing wrong no longevity in some programs

Pay is horrible for the work load that is required. Everyone from the top down is overworked and underpaid. When it comes to crunch time you are expected to live there and “figure it out” with your family.
