Team approach to patient care. As a pharmacist I always have other pharmacists, registered dietitians, and nurses to collaboratively develop care plans to maximize outcomes for our home infusion patients. The intake and benefits coordination team allow transitions in patient care to be seamless.

Cons

Pharmacist are on-call weekends and must handle all situations that arise (weekend discharges).
