A definite place to learn and grow. High performers with solid work ethic and character have a definite place for career development. The executive leadership team truly cares about the success and care of our patients and employees. I started working at OC at an entry level role 9 years ago and have had numerous opportunities to move up within the organization. Love the people and the work we do!
