      Pros

      I enjoyed the Autonomy and the charge nurse and nurse manager were very nice and helpful

      Cons

      Disorganized with scheduling and working late hours. Having to wait hours to get medications. I dreaded calling a pharmacist for a questions because there were a few that were very irritable. Instead of helping they spent more time giving DE-constructive criticism first. Upset that you didn't know everything about the pumps or medication. Not a learning opportunity and c/o fell on deaf ears.

      The work-life balance is practiced here. Company going through transition period.

      Cons

      In a short period of time, we have lost well-seasoned employees. The culture needs improvement with morale & team building. Seems like employees don't feel secure within their positions.
