      Pros

      Only pro is SOME of the other employees - no management staff are included in those!

      Cons

      Management only cares about $$$. Communication with patients is terrible - don't return phone calls, etc. Seattle office is not where you want to work. Always have to watch your back - will often find a knife in it!

      Pros

      Positive culture with hard-working, dedicated, smart individuals who sincerely care about our patients. Training has been an area that’s significantly improved as well as leveraging technology. Lots of internal resources and expertise. Optioncare health is definitely a place that rewards top talent and hard work with growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits. In the major metropolitan areas Optioncare lags in competitive pay and benefits. For a larger healthcare company, one would imagine healthcare savings to passed on to their employees. Also since things are fast paced the work life balance is hard to achieve. Lots of disruptive processes and offshore initiatives where resourcing needs aren’t fully met. Expectation to do more with less Is the under written code.
