Pros

Remote employment. Semi decent health and dental plans.

Cons

Option Care pays new hires way more than current employees. When you raise concerns, you are met with attitude. There is barely any training and no room to grow. There is more and more added to your job duties and once again, less pay than a new hire even after years with the company. They dangle a "bonus" as incentive to work hard, however that bonus is very minimal and not guaranteed. Supervisors do not know how to do the job that they supervise for and management is never helpful.

Pros

The patients are the only reason to work here

Cons

They raise the mileage then took 30 miles a day back, expect you to travel all over seeing pts with gas being over $4 a gallon so they can continue to buy small companies and keep upper management hitting them bonuses while running the nurses ragged. Don’t tell us we are awesome…show us and PAY US! Having to take call when you don’t need or get benefits is some bs too.

Pros

okayish pay, some great teammate connections built

Cons

Worst, most unprofessional experience of my life. Management is clueless and singularly focused on profit. Patient health is the last priority and frequently compromised. Ridiculously ineffective tech and software that. No training, even less transparency. Ever evolving goals and procedures to limit success based on outdated purchased marketing data rather than real world analytics. communication with colleagues is discouraged and intentionally made overly complex or at times impossible. Zero accountability. Very heavy work load expectations far more than most similar roles, with less to show for efforts. Very minimal diversity, racist and bigoted talk allowed.
