      Pros

      Newly decorated facility with uplifting colors, new conference rooms and large break room. 2 monitors for every employee. Great talent in each department.

      Cons

      Although the style of the Director is one that expects for his people to know his expectations the management under him know very little about what they want. They micromanage and are never quite satisfied with your accomplishments. They are always concerned about what you have not done. They distrust their employees to the point that they need to be involved with the circulation of a birthday card.

      Disorganized. Rules and policies tend to change weekly. Poor communication of new policies. sometimes seems like management doesn't know what is going on.
