      Pros

      Empowered to make suggestions and help implement them. Teams support each other and help out during busy times or when people are out of the office. Made a lot of progress getting over the initial culture issues after the merge. Career growth is encouraged

      Cons

      There is room for more automation or reducing work stoppages in the systems. The company is growing and we need to build "scalable" solutions.
