Pros

Growing pains still means growth. Good people. Hard, challenging, and rewarding work. Flexible schedules. Working remote.

Cons

Culture still undefined. Rumor mills go unaddressed. Senior management has been absent and sometimes dismissive. Working remote is (maybe?) going away. Again, management won't address and the drama junkies are running it.
