There are many good opportunities at Optiv. I was very optimistic about the merger of Fishnet and Accuvant, I thought I would be in on the ground floor of something very exciting.

Cons

Management has a very "this quarter" focus, which yields short sited results such as retro-actively cutting the bonus program and configuring it so that business down-sides are shared while cutting the up-side potential. This change drove away a large number of high-achieving team-members.

Do Not Work For This Company, You Will Regret It. They lie and mislead everyone.

Cons

This company is operating as a fraud. They lie to their customers. They lie to their employees. Turnover is rampant. There are ZERO bonuses. They promote this big bonus, but no one gets paid a bonus, and no one can ever reach a bonus. And after you make a bonus, they make the bonus retro-actively more difficult to achieve. This company is a SCAM and FRAUD.
