Cons
Before the new CRO and a new Regional Director, I enjoyed my time at Optiv. I was instrumental in amazing growth for my region. As they looked towards IPO, the culture has drifted to a less positive one. As RIF's have occurred, SOW and services delivery has slowed. The focus is less about the clients and more about pushing technology and email campaigns, regardless of client needs. They used to incentivize services, which provides great value to clients, and now they only incentivize tech sales. Too many tools that don't integrate well creating redundancy in our workflows, and the hiring of a Regional Director that doesn't understand our business creating low value busy work, the culture and support I once enjoyed has fallen apart.
