      Smart people to work with. Remote not a problem. Exposed to new tech.

      Cons

      Very management oriented, if you are not a manager you are simply a "resource". No direction. Lots of rah-rah company all hands meetings and slogans, but we only have ever lurched quarter to quarter. Senior management seems to have a clear idea of what we do as a business but it definitely does not trickle down. Huge disconnect like nothing I have ever experienced even in much larger companies.
