      + solution focused and fast decision making which makes the work dynamic and never boring + a lot of autonomy at all levels of the organization + flat organizational structure, it is not about how long you have worked there or your title but about what you contribute + intelligent, passionate, like-minded people that are all dedicated to be better all the time + a lot of different cultures and therefore very international + great facilties like chair massages, food, coffee

      Benefits, pay, bonus structure, and the food.

      Cons

      For roles that don't operateur the cored business of trading or support trading, there is not a lot of room or opportunity for growth. Not as flat an organizational as management thinks in a lot of departements. Lacks diversity.
