      World class trading firm. Sights set on being #1 in the world. High performance team environment. Means you have to bring a growth mindset, work hard etc. If you're down with that it's the best job ever. If not, Optiver isn't the right place for you.

      -Smart and mostly nice colleagues - Compensation - Top tier firm to learn about MMing and trading -Collaborative, knowledge sharing in place.

      -Occasional narcissistic manager -Intense, long hours. But that’s the game.
