Extremely smart and driven people in both trading and technology depts., very competitive compensation, good training, fast paced environment, good work/life balance, opportunity to own equity, good benefits both in and out of work (massages, free lunch, company outing, health insurance, 401k match, etc.)

Cons

Work didn't seem meaningful, leadership is inconsistent, soft skills are undervalued, company is unknown outside of the trading industry, trading has a rough reputation if you ever look to leave the industry.
