      Pros

      - Compensation. Particularly the bonus growth in first ~3 years - Collaboration. Teamwork is valued highly - Innovation. The problems and technical/quantitative solutions are on the forefront of the industry

      Cons

      - Career growth is self-directed. You are guided, but it is still up to the individual to find the best way to apply his/her skillset and interest to have a largest impact - There can be ambiguity in how the company assesses contribution as it tries to balance results vs quality of ideas/process - US only has a Chicago office, but there are plans to expand geographically to other major tech and financial hubs

      Collaborative place, can ask anyone anything and they will help you solve your problems Growth oriented culture, always pushing the limits and trying to improve Tries to be fair with rewarding good processes over results

      Cons

      Can be a bit self-critical when there is good results but missed opportunity Training outside of the initial class is not structured and there's a bit of luck with what desk you get placed onto

      Great local management team, values employees, challenging work, tangible impact, compensation directly correlates with good work ethic and increased responsibilities

      Sometimes it takes a while to get new ideas and processes approved, but understandably that is for security purposes
