Toxic bullies regularly succeed here. LMT is in denial. Do you research before applying here - plenty in media written about what its really like here - including the bullying and harassment that goes on. Management keep protecting perpetrators.

Move away from the "boys club" mentality that is evident throughout all levels and areas of the business. Invest in the support functions meaning that as the business expands, teams in such roles are not becoming swamped with additional work at limited capacity.
