Pros

Part of United Healthcare Stock options

Cons

Upper management does not communicate well but did tell us “there is no such thing as job security”. They give upper management raises and bonuses while eliminating positions. They demonstrate no care or compassion for employees. They promote people who have no business leading people. No pay raise for 2 years for providers and bonuses cut equating reduction in annual earnings for the past 2 years.
