      Nothing positive to say about this company.

      Proceed with caution when applying here. There’s people who has been working here for over 10 years and never received a pay increase or bonus and making way less than new people. Complete favoritism here, micro managing at an all time high, constant changes with how to manage work with no training. They just throw you out there to the wolves and if you mess up, your criticized for it. You won’t grow within the company either and you will not be acknowledged. Harassment at an all time high as well. Supervisors are never held accountable , upper management sucks, and the workload is horribly overwhelming. You will have NO work life balance either, no wellness, no resources. I would list names here but I’ll be nice enough to not expose the disgusting and highly rat face upper management and supervisors names here.

      I was required to do a set of lab work for preemployment. The lab bill was sent to me to be paid off and i’ve spoke to optum and hireright for months with no avail. The company is very irresponsible

      Weekends off, working with the medical assistants

      Cons

      Not very good benefits, and they are expensive. Inadequate training, trainer dis not make you feel welcome& made belittling comments..Mgmt did not do anything when this was brought up, no support.
