Pros

Strong benefit package 4 weeks PTO, builds to 5 at 5 yr mark Telecommuter position Brand recognition, stability

Cons

Supervisors do not get monthly commissions for performance of team. Company does not share the wealth with annual bonus structure or salary increases to match performance. Technology below par for time management and tracking, workforce management, coaching notes, and reporting, causing more work than necessary by Supervisors for administrative functions. Burn out. Career path limited.

Pros

They added 1 floating holiday Remote work They pay for internet for work use

Cons

I don’t feel valued as an employee Praise is based on your connection to leadership not how hard you work Leadership takes a laissez-faire role and allow people to complete tasks that are easiest—leaving the rest to overworked co-workers Raises and bonuses do not keep up with inflation or cost of living unless you are high up in leadership No job security. They will do mass layoffs to create a new leadership role.
