No Pros at all. Run.

Cons

Run for your life. Terrible benefits. Crazy micromanaging. You do the job of 10 people for $17 an hour. No room to grow at all. I know several people with 8-9 years in the company with the same title.

Working from home was the only pro

Cons

No paid holidays, unrealistic metrics, back to back calls, very draining job.
