Pros

A lot of good, hardworking and friendly immigrants.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional company. HR does not care or look after employees. Clan based unethical organization where people hire their spouses, cousins, and family. Nepotism is ripe. While some professionals are courteous, most are not and management is incompetent. Unprofessional behavior by linguistic/regional/ethnic managers from some parts of Asia that were biased towards others. Manager would inappropriately touch female team lead who seem to enjoy the attention. Some female leaders very derogatory and ghetto. Unreasonable work hours. Obscene words esp. F words used freely for colleagues, CMMS and other client staff. Hire and fire policies of this company must be investigated by the state and Fed agencies which seem to narrowly favor a few. State should bar company from contract bidding based on their investigations.
