Pros

A lot of online resources for self-development. If you are lucky to have a supportive manager, you will thrive. If you are not so lucky, you will sink. Just do yourself the favor and leave.

Cons

Lack of diversity, inclusion, and equity. Faulty software, and hardware. They are dinosaurs with change. Onboarding is unrealistic. Hire to fire. They give out a 10k-35k bonus to new hires and give no annual rises per year. when they make 200 Billion in profits each year. What a way to devalue current workers who put their time into the company. HR is... made up of people you call who are from another country and do not know what you are asking for. Middle management is unrealistic with their ask at times and is just there to collect a salary. Performance metrics are not fair and realistic. All about profits over people.

Pros

Competitive initial offer Great work life balance (if you fight for it) Incredibly rewarding if you can aggressively lead change Incredible growth opportunity if you take risks and disrupt the process

Cons

Constant, massive restructure and layoffs Toxic culture of fear, complacency, and knowledge hoarding Red tape galore and process for the sake of process Bonuses are arbitrary and not reflective of performance Raises are tiny and not reflective of performance

Pros

Flexibility in being able to work from home

Cons

Executives are not truthful in what they are telling employees. Town halls are held quarterly, but nothing really is said during those presentations. Company really only cares about profit, not people like they say. To many layoffs as company tries to reinvent itself every 2 - 3 years.
