Pros

Good insurance, teammates and direct menagers are some of the best people I've ever worked with.

Cons

There is no transparency in career growth, raises/stock/bonus only if lucky or way low on your pay band, massive layoffs, executive leadership is toxic with no clear direction to give and has repeatedly yelled at workers for doing what they told them to do.
