Pros

There are some very smart people working at the company and they are nicer than average for a tech company. Some of the products are interesting, although they are all enterprise software, so fairly complex.

Cons

Old tech company. I am surprised they aren’t under even more obvious financial distress. Have high expectations for UX design, but little idea how to deliver on the design work. Very hard to get a promotion from inside the company and raises are small.
