Pros

When it comes to growth, this is the place especially if you have a great team and a mentor.

Cons

Nothing much to mention, so far the impact for me is really good.

Pros

Great compensation and benefits. Worked with some awesome individuals on a remote team.

Cons

Poor management all the way around. They have a knack for micro-managing at every level, all the way up to Larry himself. They are legacy enterprise company who wants badly to be fresh again. The company is resistant to any sort of agile workflow - waterfall front to back. It was like Game of Thrones at the management level -- everyone was protecting their fiefdom or trying to overthrow someone else. If you aren't into politics I would stay far away from them.

Pros

High exposure to a lot of business fields and clients

Cons

Poor management, stressful environment, and a lot of pressure from the stakeholders.
