Pros

We've been doing home office since pandemics, the company really cares about your well being and health work balance. They are aware you have a family and some stuff to do outside of work, so you can always reach out to your manager for any special need. Great environment, team work, collaboration, diversity and benefits.

Cons

not defined yet if it's possible to choose from remote work, office work or going some days to the office and some days from home. would be great to select on that on personal choice. I'd like to have better guide on how to improve my work to progress on my career, a clearer path.
