A lot of freedom to work on what you would like in terms of Oracle technology. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Management isn't great and goes through constant reorganizations (way more often than most companies). If you are an experienced engineer, there are a lot of spots for you but for people who are in the early years of their career, they don't quite know what to do with you and move you around a lot. Limited room for advancement unless you switch departments/teams.
