It is preferable only for person, who is getting into to retirement age only after 56 we can join here and enjoy snack and coffee for free in pantry and sleep as required in bunker room by getting paid every month on time.

Cons

This is company where no manager has proper idea what's happening and no transparancy in management, they don't have a proper hike cycle which everybody will expect, Managar, director, VP all will be a robot and thinking about the future. It is much better to replace with AI than working in this company. Definitely not preferable for any body who is willing to grow in career.
