Pros

The benefits are good and there are plenty of opportunities to grow and paths to take. Work with current technologies and solve challenging problems. Colleagues are also talented engineers.

Cons

Navigating in such a large company can be frustrating at times. However, it doesn't seem any worse than any small company I've worked at, just a larger scale.

Pros

- Nice place to work with flexible timings and working locations - Key to success: Be in good books of your manager (by doing anything except work) and you will get good hike (whenever it comes) and regular promotion - Liberal Company: You can't fired even you are in bench for more than a year and even not coming to office.

Cons

- Salary: Negotiate as much salary as you can, after joining, for 2-3 years, you will not get any hike as your portion of hike will be shared among managers sitting from past 10-15 years - Lot of Managers and less actual worker. This will force you to satisfy lot of manager's ego and you will get lot of hindrance in your work as every manager will try to show his value for that project. - Limited Growth: People associated here with 10+ years knows that they can survive in the market, so they can't leave. If anyone in senior management moves out (happens rarely in 1 in 1-2 years), then generally permanently close that role as they know it was not required. Additionally, the old employees don't want to see new joinee to grow, so they make a situation that you have to either compromise your life or leave the company.
