Pros

Flexible working hour, work from home. Many people stay back as they are unemployable now. Never join if you do not want to ruin your career

Cons

Apart from flexible working hour and work from home at times, everything else is bad. No growth, no salary hike, no learning. It's a graveyard

Pros

It is a great company for self starters. You can take up any task lying around From a sales perspective there is great teamwork and support From a consulting point of view the company has a lot of respect in the market and a lot is expected. The company places a lot of importance on employee training and provides opportunities for internal transfers.

Cons

Hikes may be 5-10% once in 2-3 yeas if you are very good. Bonus will be generally ~20% of the amount you are eligible Immense pressure to deliver Very little support in delivery. Oracle places more importance in selling its products & services Every hire & promotion request goes all the way to HQ for approval making it very difficult to keep/retain talent
