Pros

Access to inside product info on latest in products, flexible timing

Cons

Company does not invest in skill development. If you are fine with watching WBT and expect to become a Master then I can't comment. At the end of day, OCS consultants are like glorified Partner consultants (TCS,Infy,Wipro). No doubt, OCS India does not bag much orders in IN market. They want to bill their resources at US rate but at the same time don't want to invest in train them .I think Oracle is not interested in promoting OCS in India. Can't say about EMEA/US

Pros

This company is relentless about getting money from customers and actually making a profit.

Cons

For software developers, Oracle is a soul-sucking place that treats people like cogs in a machine.
