Pros

The company offers an environment where personal and professional growth are possible and opportunities are real. There can be challanges. Flexibility and personal freedom are huge.

Cons

The company is very hierarchical; very little opportunity to influence upwords. Innovation comes from the top management downwards only, not exploiting the massive combined brain power of all whom work there. Both personal development and admin activity are entirely up to the employee. This leads often to distract from the actual work. Several holes and ineffective processes exist, so that employees must know the procedures inside out to avoid spending huge time getting around it. Confict between managers' targets and long term investment hinder competitive advantage.

Pros

Oracle is very good in doing business and i would say not much of job risk. Worklife is so balanced and scope of learning is also good

Cons

Yearly pay hikes are not upto market standards and oracle has a bad remark in market on that perspective
