Pros

Oracle has been consistently profitable which translates into a stable work environment. The pay and benefits are pretty good and my co-workers are a very smart group of engineers.

Cons

Unfortunately, stability often feels like you are a just a cog in a machine with limited ability to work on interesting projects. Some parts of the company are poorly managed, with a disregard for accurate schedules, planning, or accountability.

Pros

Good working environment Team work everywhere Senior management value employees Training are provided to employees Java Technology is cutting edge technology HR values employees. It provides help to employees. Job security Great peoples and smart people to work with

Cons

Sometimes the team was managed by inexperienced project managers, who will use micro management. Sometimes micro management is good if manager has ability to evaluate how much time a work can be done. But many times she may not have this skill since she has an art major only.
