The company's name certainly looks good in a resume and allows you to gain some initial experience in the field. Good environment with managers and colleagues

Cons

Constant and unpredictable staff cuts that create a climate of constant anxiety and make long term planning impossible. Lack of growth and flexibility, non existent career paths and a total lack of managerial (not directly from managers) flexibility or work life balance. Inadequate leadership and corporate culture. Management is completely unprepared to manage people, the work environment has proven to be unprofessional, with inappropriate behaviour on the part of management and a general atmosphere that does not protect employees.

THEY CUT COMMISSION EVERY QUARTER FOR A YEAR Low base Barely money if you don’t set meetings Management lacks so much transparency Promotion process is awful and mentally draining
