Pros

Its located in very nice facilities (The Water Garden) and has a very modern vibe. You get experience through training for five weeks, which is nice because it includes a trip to the Bay Area for 3 weeks, but then it all goes downhill from there...

Cons

Where do I begin, the terrible management or the overprivileged coworkers... I'll start with managers... Managers are a hit or miss, usually a miss. This is due to the pettiness and incompetence displayed by overlooking things, and having massive validation issues. This can include not knowing the difference of making your employees your employees, not your buddies. Which takes me to the next part... Even though that the Santa Monica hub has a group of young people, there is a lot of immaturity, cliques, and unprofessionalism displayed throughout the hub. Working there made me feel like I was in "Mean Girls" or in middle school.

Pros

Free sodas, drinks and training.

Cons

The whole Orlando Support management should be renewed and revamped. Passionate and hard working engineers. Fast paced and overloaded with work. More work and less people. Low salaries. Management and managers only care about numbers. Always cost cutting. No hike in salary. Burger King managers and management. Knowledgeable people either leave on their own or let go by the management. Good place for graduates and to gain some experience and to get the next best job.

Pros

Leading edge technology and good benefits

Cons

They do not seem to care about their customers or employees, only their stockholders. No raises or bonuses in over 8 years. They outsource jobs to foreign countries. Employees go through the effort of mentoring peers in foreign countries only to have their position eliminated. They layoff older and experienced workers to hire college grads at lower pay or outsource to foreign countries. Severance package is poor. Benefits end at midnight on the last day of employment. Maximum of 26 weeks of severance despite nearly 30 years of service.
