Pros
Product strategy is unified on all fronts towards the cloud....and although they're late to market, I think they'll win in the long-term. Good biz dev / sales foundation to establish right out of college. Competitive salary and OTE. Brilliant engineers and product managers to work with.
Cons
Way too much bureaucracy and slow, archaic, moving parts and internal systems. Our CRM is god awful and is a joke compared to Salesforce. Upper management and upper-mid management is so far removed from the day-to-day of the foot soldiers that its not even funny. Find yourself in the right LOB selling into the right vertical and you'll be raking in cash. But there are countless other patches and products in which the reps make zero money.
