      Flexible working schedule, opportunity to move positions within the company.

      Cons

      Oracle does not provide raises or bonuses and will not send you out for training to advance your knowledge.

      Decent pay, but Oracle as a whole can do much better

      Pros

      They are flexible. You get unlimited sick days. Insurance is amazing.

      Cons

      Management sucks. Their metrics and KPIs are constantly changing and it brings unnecessary stress to employees. Toxic environment. Very little growth for career progression in other departments unless you start within that department.

      Pros

      The expenses you can charge to your AMEX card. Expensive 5 stars dinners, open bar drinks, travels, shopping, and so much more!

      Cons

      The culture has declined over time but always been problematic. Oracle is not the type of place that rewards identifying risks and problems. There is a huge emphasis on following the party line and never questioning decisions or paths forward. Top performers are labeled as a troublemaker when they try and warn the organization of customer problems or potential issues with product or approach. And eventually they get let go. It's become like a mafia since new management came from AWS, Microsoft, and Salesforce. You either drink the coolaid and shut up, or you can spend your entire career here watching the "yes man" types get ahead.
