      Good management, nice people, good benefits and compensation

      Cons

      No growth in IT, no salary increase in IT. Basically you might get stuck in this position in decades. I have a hard time finding the same job or maybe a level up as most openings require some experience / skills I didnt gain while working with Oracle. Oracle limits itself in using MS products or 3rd party products/services as much as possible and uses its own products, which are exclusive to Oracle. So, the knowledge you learn will not be applicable to other companies

      - Hired originally good technical folks - Had the right focus - Had interesting work

      Cons

      - Toxic culture - Clueless leadership just trying to shove solutions for the problems which doesn't exists. - Engineering is just trying to copy what Amazon has.
