      Top-down management to the extreme Employees not valued; they are interchangeable commodities Salary increases/bonuses extremely rare, except for execs Difficult to get the required tools to do your job Cut-throat, political work environment Frequent US layoffs; eliminated positions are replaced in India and Mexico Quality not valued - "just get it done" attitude

      Solid company financially, with a stable employment environment. You also get to work with leading edge products.

      Cons

      Hard work is not recognized or rewarded. Raises are rare and small. Not the place to work if you want to advance your career. There is little to no regard from mid to upper management for the employees.
