      Good hours, Nice Co-workers, Good bonuses at the beginning of my employment

      Cons

      Commission steadily decreased over the 5 years i worked there, always finding ways to automate the job and decrease the human workforce, most of the management doesn't care about the people that work for them

      Pros

      If you are lazy and can't think for yourself this is a good place- the Leadership in North America is the biggest problem. The snacks in the offices are nice - but being treated with dignity and respect would be nicer

      Cons

      Dishonest leadership, adding Goals after a period end to manipulate reviews, ridiculous favoritism, petty senior leadership and massive micromanagement. The Peter principle is on full display and there is no trust - extremely toxic environment.
