      Cordial working environment. Opportunity to work with the best in the industry. Good remuneration. Can manage work-personal life balance due to flexible working patterns.

      Cons

      Not many onsite opportunites. Stagnation feeling due to lesser growth opportunities. Infrequent hikes and bonuses. Lack of communication in terms of individual growth plans.

      -very bad compensation and benefits given (e.g. bonuses) -very very little salary increment if any -salary not competitive enough -no real training and career development structure, you're on ad hoc basis

      The work environment is good , training is given whenever required and chances of \new tool learning, friendly management is good.

      Cons

      no promotion or appraisal for last 2 years which made the head counts go less than they expected. Employee satisfaction is less.
