      Pros

      If you are in the right place within the company there is a lot of money to be made and a lot of opportunity.

      Cons

      Oracle is not concerned with the well being of its employees. The Oracle Sales Org has created a toxic work environment and does not provide its employees the tools they need to succeed.

      -Being able to come and go without anybody noticing or caring -Putting in as little work as possible and still getting by -Learning to work in an environment with no direction or purpose -Job security: no matter how unproductive you are, you will not get fired

      -Negative personal growth--being in the office stimulates cynicism -Insulting bonus structure -Stock purchase plan has the inter-workings of a modern-day Ponzi scheme -Office culture similar to that of Rwanda circa 1994
