      Good hardworking people and excellent SME. Great to add to your resume for getting next job.

      Cons

      Incredible micro management. The best way to describe the sales culture is a cross between "Abercombie & Fitch meets 90210". Instead of Management by Objective (MBO); it's management by whom is the most obsequious and a sycophant to management to get the right accounts to be successful. Think of high school cliques on steroids. Low morale combined with falling incomes.
