      OK place to work, but little room for promotion, and raises/bonuses are few and far between

      - stable company with an impressive product portfolio - employees known for being top notch - opportunity to work on important projects that shape the industry

      Cons

      - salaries do not keep pace with industry averages. HR openly confirms that employee pay after about 3-4 years falls behind market rate. - little opportunity for promotion or advancement - doesn't matter what your bonus % is -- you won't get it. they haven't paid bonuses in years, despite stellar financial performance

      Flexible work hours and location.

      Cons

      I received good reviews from my managers but still had only one salary increase in six years. Clearly there is a huge gap here in terms of compensation/benefits/perks compared to other Bay area companies. You're always expected to overachieve but engineers receive little recognition. Immigration process is terribly slow. Because there are so many remote workers, it's hard to communicate even within your own team members.
