      Worst culture, no respect for employees

      Pros

      I have met a lot of good, smart and caring people at Oracle.

      Cons

      The culture is toxic. They have NO RESPECT for their employees. This year, the focus is on the employee but a day before people were laid off management decides to have a call to talk about "opportunities" for those left to review salaries and possible career advancements. And when confronted the management team says it "was an oversight" to have the call before the lay off. Who does that...Oracle! Don't believe they care about their employees, they only care about the bottom line. And lay off packages do not come close to other high tech companies. No wonder their stock never goes up!

      - Some of the managers and directors are really nice - Good resume builder - Process and operations heavy help hone some of your skills - Tons of training, some was very helpful

      Cons

      - Lack of communication in the company and across industries - Worst PTO, its 2022 get with the times. - Hard to achieve quotas - Long process to get promoted - You still have to apply and interview for a promotion - Removing remote work from home benefit - Lack of resources, the sales reps had to pay for their own Sales Navigator - They make you use worst CRM on the planet - Database is a mess and needs to be cleaned up - You are just another number

      the management was hostile and micromanaged there were no pay raises in the past 9 years for anyone in the department. Probably maybe people they liked but none were given out to anyone I knew culture was toxic, the work was toxic, they told you not to use your breaks in certain ways even though they made it appear the breaks were flexible horrible job, made me burnout and go to a mental hospital because I felt so incompetent. Thats what a bad job will do to you
