Pros
Initial pay is good. Benefits are good.
Cons
Ongoing pay declines since they hardly ever give pay raises. I’m talking YEARS without raises. I’ve been on a few teams and 50% of the managers I had were absolutely horrible to the point of it affecting my health and well being. I went to HR about one of them and it was clear they didn’t care about me. They only cared whether or not I had a case for a lawsuit.
