- great people
- really good benefits especially additional holiday
- flexible working
- nice offices
- ability to move around the business easily
- great work life balance
Cons
- Bureaucracy
- many levels of management making it difficult to get approval for things sometimes
- sometimes poor communication between management levels
- clunky CRM
- You get lucky if you get a good manager
- Decent work life balance in this specific role
- Opportunity to get promoted to AE after 1 year in role, but from what I've heard AE takes away any pros of the job other than making commission
Cons
- Sales here is terrible. You're a number, not a person
- There turn over is insane because they don't care if people have a bad experience and quit. They hire huge cohort classes (150+ for one territory) to ensure they get some people to stay and move into AE roles
